A graduate of Kent State University, with a degree in Marketing/Business Administration, Tara Branz, has been in the sales industry for nearly 16 years. She began her career in Retail Store Management, and led her team to numerous sales awards.

Wanting to switch fields, she jumped into the world of Real Estate. She established herself right away as the Stark Co. Builders Industry Association's Rookie of the Year in New Construction for 2001. She also received the OAR's (Ohio Association of Realtors) prestiguous President's Club Award that ranks her in the top 9% of all Ohio Realtors in the years 2001, 2002 and 2003. She was the winner of the Stark Co. BIA Silver Citation in New Construction with sales over $2 million in '01, '02 and '03. She has earned her ABR or Accredited Buyer's Representation designation by taking extra courses so she is better able to serve her clients who are buying a home. There are only approximately 1300 ABR's in all of Ohio.

She is on top of today's latest technology by having world wide exposure on her "ABC Gold Award" winning website, utilyzing her digital camera by taking lots of pictures for her site and the Multiple Listing Service.

Tara took some time off in '04 and '05 to spend with her beautiful daughter, Ava, who was born in Nov. '04.  Aside from Real Estate, Tara enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether it's gardening, riding her bike, or spending time on or near the water. She loves playing with her 2 pets, a Springer Spaniel, Beau, and a kitty named Millie. (There are pics of them in the favorite links section.) She also likes to listen to her husband, Rob, play guitar and sing.
